Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TrunkCoins. By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrunkCoins ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you meet the age requirement; (b) all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete; (c) you will promptly update your information if it changes; and (d) your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.
3. Accounts and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@trunkcoins.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are involved in suspicious or unauthorized activity.
4. Platform Overview
TrunkCoins is a digital asset platform. Users can acquire TRC (an internal platform asset) through USDT TRC20 deposits, hold and stake TRC, transfer TRC to other users, and earn USD rewards through the platform's staking and reward mechanisms. The Platform also includes a trading section where platform coins are bought and sold using platform balances. All features are subject to the rules and limits set out in these Terms and any additional guidelines posted on the Platform.
5. TRC Deposits and Payments
TRC is an internal platform asset used within TrunkCoins. To acquire TRC, users initiate a Buy TRC deposit request on the Platform. Each request generates a payable USDT amount and a treasury wallet address. USDT TRC20 deposits are real blockchain transactions sent to the TrunkCoins treasury wallet. Users are responsible for sending the exact payable amount shown in their deposit request. Deposits are credited based on the amount actually received in the treasury wallet after blockchain confirmation. The minimum Buy TRC deposit is 1,000 USDT. TrunkCoins does not guarantee any minimum or maximum TRC balance.
6. TRC Price and Deposit Quotes
The TRC price is dynamic and may change at any time based on platform activity. When a deposit request is created, the TRC price is locked for that specific request for the duration of the payment window. The locked price applies only to that request. TrunkCoins makes no representation that the TRC price at any future time will be the same as or higher than the locked price at the time of your deposit.
7. Staking and USD Rewards
Users may stake TRC through the platform's staking feature. Staking locks TRC for a defined cycle period. Staking rewards are credited to the user's USD wallet according to the platform's active staking rules, including daily rates and cycle durations applicable at the time of staking. Staking rates and rules may be updated by TrunkCoins at any time, subject to notice where practicable. Rewards credited to the USD wallet represent platform balances and are subject to the withdrawal policies in effect at the time of withdrawal. Staking does not guarantee profit. Past staking performance is not indicative of future results.
8. Wallet Balances and Transaction Records
Platform wallet balances — including USD balances and TRC balances — are maintained in the TrunkCoins system. Users can view their balance history, deposit records, staking activity, and transaction history through their account dashboard. TrunkCoins maintains transaction records as the authoritative source of account activity. In the event of a discrepancy, the Platform's transaction records take precedence. Users are responsible for reviewing their account statements regularly and reporting any errors to support@trunkcoins.com promptly.
9. Fees, Wrong Network Payments, and Underpayments
Exchange and network fees are charged by third-party wallets or exchanges and are not received by TrunkCoins. Users must ensure that the treasury wallet receives the full payable amount shown, after all third-party fees are deducted. TrunkCoins is not responsible for amounts lost due to third-party fees. Sending funds on an incorrect blockchain network (i.e., any network other than TRON / USDT TRC20) may result in permanent loss of funds. Underpayments — where the received amount is less than the required payable amount — will be marked as incomplete. TRC will not be credited until the full required amount is received, or until a TRC Support review determines otherwise.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data; (c) transmit malware, harmful code, or disruptive content; (d) engage in market manipulation, coordinated abuse, or exploitation of the reward or bonus systems; (e) create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, earning duplicate bonuses, or abusing referral systems; (f) submit false or misleading deposit claims or support requests; (g) impersonate any person or entity; or (h) harass, threaten, or harm other users or staff.
11. TRC Support and Payment Review
Expired, underpaid, wrong-network, duplicate, or unclear payments may require TRC Support review. Users can submit a review request from the payment detail page within their account. The TRC Support team will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. TrunkCoins makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of a payment review. Outcomes depend on the blockchain record, the amount received, and the circumstances of the payment. TrunkCoins' determination following a support review is final.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, logos, trademarks, and software on TrunkCoins are owned by or licensed to TrunkCoins and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our express written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to TrunkCoins' intellectual property except as expressly stated.
13. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or any other professional advice. TrunkCoins does not recommend or endorse any particular course of action regarding TRC, staking, or any other platform feature. Any information provided is for general informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial or investment decisions. Digital asset activity involves significant risk, including the potential loss of deposited funds.
14. Platform Availability and Changes
TrunkCoins does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Platform as a whole at any time, with or without notice. TrunkCoins will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime or changes.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. TrunkCoins does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. TrunkCoins does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Platform, including TRC prices or balance data. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrunkCoins and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds due to wrong-network payments, third-party exchange fees, account security breaches caused by the user, or changes in TRC price. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the six months prior to the claim.
17. Suspension and Termination
TrunkCoins may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraudulent conduct, or abuse of platform features. We may also restrict or block access to the Platform from certain jurisdictions where applicable law requires. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Pending transactions at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with our internal policies and applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to informal resolution by contacting support@trunkcoins.com. If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
